Right to Object (Art. 21 GDPR)

1. Objection to data processing for reasons arising from your particular situation

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (data processing on the basis of a balancing of interests) or for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest (Art. 6 (1) lit. e GDPR). This also applies to profiling based on these provisions within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 4 GDPR (e.g. for needs-based customer contact).

If you object, we will no longer process your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

2. Objection to processing for direct marketing purposes

Where personal data are processed for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for such marketing, which includes profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing.

If you object, your personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing purposes.
